2. Add the camping gear you wish to rent in your cart.

3. Check out and pay a 20% security deposit to confirm your reservation. 

4. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email that states the address and time to pick up your rental gear as well as the locker number and lock code to access your gear.

5. Pick up your rental gear from the locker in Stratford, PE at the address provided using the code provided.

6. Enjoy your camping experience!

7. Pack up and return your gear into the return slot at the to the same location you picked it up!

8. If everything is in order, your security deposit will be refunded to you!

We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality camping gear suited for all types of terrains and weather conditions. Our rental inventory includes tents, sleeping pads, chairs, lanterns, coolers, and portable cooking equipment. Renting camping gear from us is simple and straightforward. You can reserve your gear online through our website and pick up your gear contact free from our outdoor pick up lockers. To complete your rental, you'll need to provide a valid ID and a credit card for the security deposit. We recommend reserving your equipment in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons (July - September), to ensure availability.

Yes! Please contact us for larger reservations and we will work to get you exactly what you need! 

We ask you to return your equipment dry and packed the way it was when you received it from us. We understand that sometimes that isn't possible. If your items are retuned wet, there will be a $25 drying fee added to your bill. If items are not properly packed, there will be an additional $20 re-packing fee applied to your bill. 

We allow you to choose your own return time to avoid needing to use late fees, however we all know that life happens. A late charge of $25 or 20% of your rental purchase (whichever is greater) may apply to all gear that is returned late.

Cancellation and Reservation Policy for Camp Ready PEI

At Camp Ready PEI, we understand that plans can change. To provide clarity and fairness to all our customers, please review our policies below:

1. Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Reservation Start Date and Time
   • You will receive a full refund, including your security deposit.
2. Cancellation Between 7 Days and 48 Hours Before Reservation Start Date and Time
   • There will be no charge for the rental, but your security deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before Reservation Start Date and Time
   • You will be charged the full rental fee, minus your security deposit.
4. Adding Gear to an Existing Reservation
   • Additions can be made by creating a new reservation and are subject to gear availability at the time of booking.
5. Modifications That Decrease the Amount of Gear Rented
   • To reduce the gear included in your reservation, please email us at [email protected].
   • These changes are subject to the same cancellation timelines and fees as outlined above.
